Asset Summary

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE

There shall be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this solicitation held at the location noted below.  A respondent must submit a notification of the intent to attend, with a list of attendees, via email to the Solicitation Coordinator no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Pre-Bid date as noted in Section 2.1.  In order to be considered for bid on this solicitation, a Respondent must have attended this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.

LATE ARRIVALS TO MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE:   All Respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Anyone not signed in at the commencement of the meeting shall be considered late and shall not be allowed to bid on the project.
