Title VI of Civil Rights Act
The Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth provides equal opportunity and access to its programs and activities by the public, and in its hiring and employment practices. The Agency, our subrecipients and contractors shall make available any Title VI compliance report to be reviewed by the Tennessee Human Rights Commission (THRC) upon request.
