TBI C.A.R.E.S.
Creating Accessible Responsive Employee Services For Mental Health & Wellness
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s C.A.R.E.S. team supports the well-being of TBI employees and their families through confidential, trauma-informed mental health, and wellness services. C.A.R.E.S. provides resilience-focused education, supportive resources, and connections to appropriate care, all grounded in an understanding of the unique demands of public safety work.
C.A.R.E.S. is not fitness-for-duty programming. Instead, services are confidential, culturally responsive, and designed to promote healing, resilience and overall well-being.
