The approval and posting of a vendor/course by the Department is not an endorsement of any third party vendor, course, class, or instructor. Persons wishing to participate in a class should determine what class to take based on their own research and individual needs.

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated §39-17-1366(k)(3), the Department of Safety and Homeland Security is required to maintain on the Department’s website a list of various providers that conduct department-approved training courses or classes pursuant to subdivision (b)(4)(A)(vii)(a&b). The list of third-party vendors/courses have met the requirements set forth in §39-17-1366(k) and have been approved by the Department to conduct the training.
