- Change my Address *
- By law, if you move, you are required to notify us of your new address within sixty (60) days.
- If you have a commercial driver license, you must submit proof of address in person at a Driver Service Center to change address.
- Residential address must be a Tennessee address.
- If changing mailing address to an out-of-state address, you must fax a copy of military orders showing stationed out of state to (615) 532-3056.
