Covington, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Adam Kelley, the owner of Wyatt Earp’s Steak House. Revenue special agents arrested Kelley, 43, at his home. His bond was set at $100,000.

Blountville, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Richard Daniel Wolfe’s indictment and arrest. Wolfe surrendered to Revenue special agents at the Sullivan County Detention Center on Wednesday. Bond was set at $12,500.

Revenue special agents arrested the couple today at their place of business, Tennessee Georgia Tire and Service Center. Charles White’s bond was set at $5,000; Tami White’s bond was set at $15,000.
