Revenue special agents arrested Kelley, 43, at his home. His bond was set at $100,000.

Blountville, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Richard Daniel Wolfe’s indictment and arrest. Wolfe surrendered to Revenue special agents at the Sullivan County Detention Center on Wednesday. Bond was set at $12,500.

Nashville, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Billy Raynor pleading guilty to tax evasion.

Madisonville, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Lowry Halden Jones.

Newport, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Edwin Gerald Kilgore. Revenue agents arrested Kilgore Wednesday at his residence. Bond was set at $5,000.

Harriman, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Travis Lynn Lively pleading guilty to tax evasion.

Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Friday’s indictment and arrest of Charles White, 55, and Tami White, 50. Revenue special agents arrested the couple today at their place of business, Tennessee Georgia Tire and Service Center. Charles White’s bond was set at $5,000; Tami White’s bond was set at $15,000.
