Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Cade Coulter Williamson, president of Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, in Soddy Daisy. Revenue special agents arrested Williamson, 41, at his business. Bond was set at $10,000. On Monday, the Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Williamson on 14 Class E felony counts of tax evasion.

Harriman, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and Wednesday’s arrest of Travis Lynn Lively. Lively, age 46, was arrested at his home and transported to the Roane County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000. On June 17, 2019, the Roane County Grand Jury indicted Lively on four Class E felony counts of tax evasion.

Oak Ridge, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of James Lee Douglas. Douglas, age 73, surrendered to authorities at the Knox County Sheriff’s Department Detention Facility. Bond was set at $20,000. On June 12, 2019, the Knox County Grand Jury indicted Douglas on three Class E felony counts of tax evasion.

Doyle, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Gary Dewayne Goodwin. Revenue special agents arrested Goodwin, age 55, last week his residence. Bond was set at $10,000. On June 5, 2019, the White County Grand Jury indicted Goodwin on one Class E felony count of tax evasion.

Jackson, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the yesterday’s arrest of Darryl Lewis, age 55, and David Lewis, age 60, the owners of Lewis Bail Bonds in Jackson. The Madison County Sherriff’s office arrested the two men, and bond was set at $5,000 each.
