Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Friday’s indictment and arrest of Charles White, 55, and Tami White, 50. Revenue special agents arrested the couple today at their place of business, Tennessee Georgia Tire and Service Center. Charles White’s bond was set at $5,000; Tami White’s bond was set at $15,000.

Douglas evaded paying Tennessee sales tax by signing a false affidavit, which said a vehicle would be titled in Montana.

Revenue special agents arrested Tucker, 49, with assistance from the Cocke County Sheriff’s office, on Thursday. Bond was set at $50,000.
Newport, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Gary and Geraldine Ridens, the former owners of Brandywine Creek Steakhouse, for tax evasion, money laundering, conspiracy, and theft. With assistance from the Cocke County Sherriff’s Office, Revenue special agents arrested the Ridens at their residence Thursday. Bond was set at $100,000 each.
Jackson, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Gregory Keith Hardee. Hardee, 55, turned himself in last week to Madison County Sheriff’s deputies.
