JONESBOROUGH - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Amy Oaks Turner pleading guilty Thursday.

Benton, TN - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the guilty plea on April 22, 2022, of Richard Seburn Tyler, Jr., (64) to theft, and tax evasion. Tyler failed to file sales tax returns and remit collected sales tax while operating Whitewater Grill, formerly located in Ocoee, Tennessee.

NASHVILLE - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Joseph Dimitrius Claybon for tax evasion and forgery. Revenue special agents arrested Claybon, age 49, at his home. Bond was set at $5,000.

HUNTINGDON - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the Carroll County Sherriff’s Department arresting Tony Holladay, age 61. Bond was set at $1,000.

CHURCH HILL - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Frank Wayne Tipton for tax evasion. Special agents arrested Tipton , 56, at his residence on Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000.

DYERSBURG - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Cullen Jones, in Dyersburg. Jones, 28, turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday at the Dyer County Sheriff’s office. Bond was set at $5,000.

DYERSBURG - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Edward C. Ruff, II, in Dyersburg. Revenue special agents arrested Ruff, 44, Tuesday while he was at the courthouse on a previous indictment. Bond was set at $25,000.

KNOXVILLE - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Bryan Kevin Partin, of Blue Chips Sports Pub & Grill, formerly located in Knoxville. Revenue special agents arrested Partin on Tuesday. Bond was set at $25,000.
