Service Provider Onboarding and Support

Become a Certified Service Provider

Service providers may apply for approval to offer ELT services to participating lenders in Tennessee.

To begin the approval process, email DG_Electronic.Lien.Title@tn.gov with the following:

• A letter requesting participation in the Tennessee ELT Program
• A completed Tennessee ELT Service Provider Application
• A signed Tennessee ELT Service Provider Agreement

Upon receipt of the request letter, the department will provide the Tennessee ELT Service Provider Application and additional onboarding information.

Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) Service Provider Onboarding

The Tennessee Department of Revenue provides support and guidance to approved ELT service providers throughout the onboarding and ELT process.

• Testing and certification support through the state’s ELT Vendor
