SSBG is 100 percent federally funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The program is available in all 95 Tennessee counties and administered through contracts with a network of nonprofit and government agencies. SSBG provides funding for eligible Tennesseans in need of case management and homemaker services. Services are limited to referrals from Adult Protective Services.
