Child Care Services Licensing Standards Committee Meeting

The Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) is committed to promoting early childhood environments that are safe, healthy, and developmentally rich.  The perspectives of child care providers and the general public are critical in helping us set the vision for these important community resources.   To support TDHS in engaging these perspectives, we have a Licensing Standards Committee.  The purpose of the Licensing Standards Committee is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Commissioner regarding developing and reviewing standards and regulations for each class of child care agency. 

There will be an in-person Licensing Standards Committee meeting scheduled for January 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. central time at 220 French Landing Drive, Pearl Center Room. The public may attend the meeting, and there will be an opportunity at the end of the agenda for public comment.
