Baby Celebration - Knoxville

New and expecting parents in the Knoxville area are invited to a Baby Celebration hosted by the Child Support Division of the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS).  This is an opportunity for expecting parents to receive free baby supplies (while supplies last) and other helpful resources and speak with Child Support professionals.
