Community Baby Celebration, Chattanooga

New and expecting parents in the Chattanooga area are invited to a Baby Celebration hosted by the Child Support Division of the Tennessee Department of Human Services.  This is an opportunity for new parents to receive free baby supplies (while supplies last) and other helpful resources.
