FY 2020-2021 Community Services Block Grant Model State Plan
A public hearing to offer comments on Tennessee’s Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Model State Plan has been scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 2:30 p.m (CDT). The hearing will take place at the James K. Polk Building, 505 Deaderick Street, 16th Floor, in the Franklin Training Room.
The Tennessee Department of Human Services is proposing to include the language in blue text in the document. Please submit any comments you have to Michelle.Fields@tn.gov by August 12, 2019. When submitting a comment, please title the email “Model State Plan Comment” and include the page number and section (e.g., 1.5) that you are commenting on in your email.
