Providing valuable information and resources to 10th through 12th grade students with disabilities to help them successfully transition from high school to post-secondary education and/or training.
The event will consist of information provided by representatives highlighting key aspects of the steps needed to prepare for post-secondary education or training followed by a Q&A session for students and parents to ask the guest panelists questions. Assistance will also be provided in a TRC computer lab for students who need help completing the FAFSA. Speakers will also have information booths.
Speaker Topics include:

· Financial Aid and the FAFSA
· College Disability Services and Self-Advocacy
· TN Promise Scholarship Program
· Technical Education and Training (Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology or TCAT)
· Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Pre-Employment Transition Services
· Tennessee Rehabilitation Center
