The nearest Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Environmental Field Office (EFO) should be your starting point for any environmental question, concern, or complaint. Each EFO is staffed with a Regional Director for External Affairs as well as technical staff who are available to assist with permitting needs, outreach functions, and general guidance.
