Dropout Prevention

The Center for Dropout Prevention was established in 2011 to assist schools, districts, and other stakeholders in their efforts to ensure that all students access a quality education and successfully complete high school college and career ready. The driving purpose of the Center is to provide training and technical assistance, as well as disseminate information and research on prevention, intervention, and recovery strategies that promote high school completion. Special attention and efforts are also aimed at helping districts develop a localized dropout prevention, intervention, and recovery strategy.
