State Plan Modifications
The 2018 Modified Tennessee State Combined Plan is being made available for public comment. Be advised that this revised document is based on the deficiencies included in the federal approval letter and the federal guidance (TEGL 6-17) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Education; necessary state board approvals; and other state legislation impacting workforce development programs and activities in Tennessee.
The modified plan will be available for review and public comment until Monday, March 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Please click the comment box to include your comments. All comments will be reviewed by the State Workforce Development Board, Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Tennessee Department of Education, Tennessee Department of Human Services, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and other partner programs.
