Regional CSO Impact Awards recognize one County Service Officer from each region who exemplifies excellence in commitment, service, and advocacy. From these, the CSO Advocate of the Year is selected.
Additionally, the event highlights exceptional TDVS team members in Appeals & Accreditation, Benefit Operations, and Cemetery Operations. The evening culminates with the presentation of the TDVS Advocate of the Year—the highest honor awarded to the individual who embodies unparalleled dedication and customer service excellence across all areas of veteran support.
