Oshkosh Training Program that leveraged OJT, Apprenticeship, and ECD funds to start up a welding program to produce over 200 welders for a recruitment project.

In Jefferson City, Oshkosh is able to manufacture tactical vehicles for the U.S. Military because of the expertly trained pipeline of employees coming in from TCAT Morristown.

Before Oshkosh Manufacturing made the move to Tennessee, they partnered with TCAT Morristown to create customized workforce solutions that would produce 100+ welders in 9 months.
