Cat Financial is proud to join forces with Nashville State Community College and the TN Department of Labor/Apprenticeship TN to offer students the opportunity to work in their field of interest while working toward their associate degree. Creating an apprenticeship program has provided Cat Financial with an innovative approach to bringing in talent and gives the college an effective strategy to connect with a local employer.

We have seen the positive impact this program can have on our company as our apprentices apply what they are learning at Nashville State to their jobs at Cat Financial. We are invested in our apprentices’ long-term success and are honored to help them build their experiences in the IT industry.
