Procurement Review
Complete the procurement worksheets or provide local agency documentation that provides the same information for procurements to be made with funds from
- State and Federal Program Contracts (TDOT is the direct recipient of funds)
Submit the documentation to TDOT Multimodal at the appropriate step for review to receive either a
- Letter to proceed with publicity/quotations, or
- Letter to proceed with award
After receiving the documentation TDOT will review for compliance with federal and state procurement rules. If the submitted documentation is determined to be in compliance, the appropriate letter to proceed is issued. If the submitted documentation is determined to be deficient a TDOT Multimodal staff member will be in contact to discuss the deficiency and what is needed to bring the request into compliance. Once the request has been determined to be in compliance the appropriate letter to proceed is issued.
