NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Col. John “Brad” Bowlin, a native of Bristol, will be promoted to the rank of brigadier general during a ceremony held at the Mt. Carmel National Guard Armory at 1 p.m. on March 6. Tennessee’s Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Jeff Holmes, will preside over the promotion ceremony.
SMYRNA, Tenn. – Top junior enlisted leaders and junior Noncommissioned Officer from the Tennessee National Guard and representatives from the Bulgarian Armed Forces competed in the State Best Warrior Competition, Feb. 22-27.
