Access DOHR Records Disposition Authorizations (RDA)s

To view the official Records Disposition Authorizations for DOHR, visit the Tennessee Secretary of State’s Records Management webpage and follow these steps: 

  1. Select “Search Effective RDAs.” 
  2. Choose Department of Human Resources as the agency.
  3. Run the search to view, download, or print the official RDAs.
