Supervising New Case Managers for Success

A Pre-Service Overview

The purpose of this training is to increase Supervisors' understanding of the Pre-Service Process for New Case Managers. Participants will explore the Pre-Service schedule and the importance of making sure that on-the-job training (OJT) is thoughtful and meaningful. Participants will also discuss the roles and importance of all the members of the New Hire’s support team, learn to navigate the Individual Learning Plan, and learn the importance of ensuring that new Case Managers are receiving the support they need to succeed in their new roles.
