How To Pay Supervision Fees

The Tennessee Department of Correction has streamlined the process of paying offender supervision fees by partnering with JPay.  The JPay service provides a more efficient process for offenders to meet their fee obligations on time. 

Please Note:  Fees cannot be paid to a supervising officer.

Kiosks

Payments can be made through Kiosks.  Kiosks are available at the following probation parole office locations:

• Clarksville
• Clinton
• Columbia
• Cookeville
• Dresden
• Jackson
• Johnson City
• Memphis (Crump)
• Memphis (Overton Crossing)
• Murfreesboro

Online

To make a payment online, create a free account using your offender ID number. Fees may then be paid using a credit or debit card. Click on the Parole & Probation tab to access the JPay website to search for a record using the offender ID number or to make a payment. Recurring payments can be set up to ensure that payments are always made on time.

Call Us

You can pay your fees by phone using a credit or debit card. Call JPay at (800) 574-5729 to speak with an agent 24/7.

Walk-In Cash

To make a fee payment to JPay using cash, visit any MoneyGram agent location and use receive code 1195. Click here to get a list of nearby MoneyGram locations.

Money Orders

All money orders must be sent with a deposit slip to JPay, P.O. Box 260088, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026. Payments will be processed within three business days of being received at the lockbox. Be sure to include the offender ID on the deposit slip.

Money order deposits slips are available in English and Spanish.

Mobile App

The JPay mobile app can be downloaded for iPhones, iPads, Androids and tablets. You can create an account or log into an existing JPay account to make payments with a credit or debit card.
