Latest issue:
A Culture of Caring at BWC

The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has created a culture of caring — for businesses, injured workers, and its own employees.

BWC helps employers and employees minimize the impact of work-related injuries through its educational conferences, REWARD program, and fundraisers for children of workers who were seriously hurt or killed on the job.

While BWC assists injured workers, the agency also makes sure to support its own employees through collaboration, appreciation, and opportunities for continuous learning. Those efforts have earned BWC a 2025 Top Workplaces award.
