WMA Field Leases

Agricultural Lease Bid for  Candies Creek WMA and Gunstocker Creek in Bradley and Meigs Counties, TN

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency announces the intention to award a Service lease(s) on agricultural parcels in Candies Creek WMA and Gunstocker Creek in Bradley and Meigs counties for a term of 5 year(s).  The agricultural areas to be leased consist of 65 acres.  Bids will be accepted from May 1, 2023, to May 12, 2023.  Submitted bids will be opened at 10:00 am on May 15, 2023, at Hiwassee Refuge, 525 Priddy Lane, Birchwood, TN 37308.  To receive an invitation to bid or for more information on this leasing program, call Jason Jackson at 423-693-6788.
