Directions and Description

Directions: From Hwy 64 in Winchester Tennessee, travel east on 41A/15, to the town of Cowan, and turn left (north) on Stewart Road, in one block you will see a gravel boat ramp and parking lot.  Lat: 35.163889°N Long: -86.02399°W (parking lot/boat ramp)

Description: The marsh has some open water ringed with aquatic vegetation and thickets of small trees, which attracts ducks and waterbirds throughout the winter. Woodland birds may be found throughout the year too.
