This Driver Services Center also provides reinstatement services. Reinstatement services are for those customers whose driving privilege has either been revoked, suspended, or such action is pending.

IMPORTANT: Closing times listed do not always reflect applicants will be accepted up to that time. It may be necessary to cease taking applicants earlier in order to complete processing by the end of the business day. For example: A Driver Services Center closing time may be listed as 5:00 p.m. but taking applicants may be stopped at 3:00 p.m. in order to process applicants by 5:00 p.m.

Directions

From I-240
This facility is located in the Perimeter Shopping Center on Summer Avenue (Hwy 70). From I-240 take exit 12A. At the end of the ramp turn left and proceed for approximately 500 feet and turn left into the entrance of the shopping center. The Driver Service Center (Suite 75) is at the right end of the shopping center.

From I-40
On I-40 take the Exit 12 (Sycamore View). Proceed toward Summer Avenue. Turn left onto Summer Avenue. Immediately before you reach I-240 the Perimeter Shopping Center will be on your right. The Driver Service Center (Suite 75) is at the right end of the shopping center.
