Tennessee Government Professionals Institute
TGPI is designed for high-performing individual contributors. Suggested stateworking titles include Program Coordinators, Analysts, Specialists, Administrative Professionals, and other non-supervisory roles.
TGPI is a two-week residential institute that provides individual contributors in Tennessee State Government the opportunity to strengthen their professional and leadership skills through focused competency development and cross-agency networking. The program is designed to support employees who are not yet informal leadership roles but are committed to growing their impact and effectiveness in state service.
