Interested Parties

  • The Relocation Exemption application will be posted to the HFC website for 21 days.
    • Any opposition to the Relocation Exemption application must be received no later than 15 days after the application, supporting documentation and staff review have been posted.
    • The HFC Executive Director will make an exemption determination at the posted date.
