FAQ - Password Automation

1.       Will I be able to use Password Automation if I am not in the office or on the State network?

Answer: Yes. As long as you have an internet connection you may use any browser.

2.       Can I unlock my account instead of resetting my password?

Answer: Yes. If the account is locked, you can unlock it if you know your password.

3.       Auto-enrollment has been turned on. What does that mean?

Answer: If you were not previously enrolled, you will be automatically enrolled using the mobile phone number field in ServiceNow. To add or change a mobile phone number in your ServiceNow profile, submit the catalog request ServiceNow: Update User Account Information - Service Portal (service-now.com)

4.       What if I previously enrolled?

Answer: If you were previously enrolled, you will still be able to use those mobile phone number(s) to receive the verification code.
