Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

  1. By agreeing to receive text messages, you opt-in to the service. You will receive a text message from the State of TN with a link to reset your password. 
  2. You may choose to cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation SMS message that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. If you want to join again simply reply “UNSTOP”.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, please visit tn.gov/ccc.
  5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages you receive or send. The number of messages you receive will be directly related to the number of times you contact the State of TN to reset your password. This number may range from none to many monthly. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
