Rule Chapter 0400-12-01 Hazardous Waste Management

Comments on the above will be accepted through the close of business on September 29, 2026 by 4:30 PM CST. Solid Waste Processing Disposal comments should be submitted to Nickolaus.Lytle@tn.gov.
Public Hearing Documents for Rule Chapter 0400-12-01 Hazardous Waste Management:
Comments on the above will be accepted through the close of business on September 29, 2026 by 4:30 PM CST. Hazardous Waste Management comments should be submitted to Beverly.Philpot@tn.gov.
