The Division of Solid Waste Management has filed a Notice of Rulemaking Hearing with the TN Secretary of State's office. DSWM proposes changes to the Hazardous Waste Management rules, 0400-12-01., Hazardous Waste Management. A redlined version of the rules and a signed copy will be made available to assist public review. Comments are due by February 16, 2023, at 4:30 pm CDT.
