C-FIRST! Training for DCS Foster Parents

C-FIRST! is the new Tennessee Department of Children’s Services Child Welfare Information System that is replacing TFACTS. DCS Foster Parents will learn how to request a C-FIRST! parent account, navigate the Parent Portal, confirm placement for board payments, submit incident reports, request services, and related activities. ​

Virtual training will begin September 8, 2026. We will also offer in-person training beginning October 20, 2026, to allow hands-on assistance in setting up portal accounts.​
