Department of Correction to Hold Career Opportunity Day

MEMPHIS – The Tennessee Department of Correction will hold a career fair on Wednesday, May 27th at the Obion County Public Library in Union City. Recruiters will be on hand to discuss exciting career opportunities within the Department of Correction at Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville.  Correctional officer positions are available, as well as opportunities in a variety of other fields. Qualified correctional officer applicants will be granted interviews on the spot.  Those planning to attend should bring copies of their resume and dress professionally.  

The Tennessee Department of Correction employs nearly 7,000 people across Tennessee and is the state’s largest law enforcement agency.
