For information about an offenders' sentence, please submit your request below:

Submit a Request

Make the following selections in the dropdown menus to expedite your request:

  • To inquire about a felony offender in a state prison, select Offender Information > Sentence Information.
  • To inquire about a felony offender in a county jail, select Offender Information > County Jail > Sentence Information.

If you are sending your request by fax, you will be receiving a response by mail.  Be sure to include your mailing address in the fax.
