Training for Provider Staff and Administrators

In an effort to assist providers achieve the best standard of care and performance possible, the Division has begun conducting educational trainings across Tennessee to supply provider staff with information, including but not limited to: upcoming training schedule dates; education on how the Division conducts state licensing and/or federal certification surveys, inspections, and investigations; Questions and Answers from the seminars; updates on new statute and rule changes; and other such information pertinent to providers.
