February 5: Patricia Waire Harlan

Patricia Waire Harlan is the Director of Testing Services at Columbia State Community College. She is a candidate for Ed. D. in Educational Leadership at East Tennessee State University, and a member of the Maury County Foster Care Board. She received the Mental Health First Aid USA Certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
