Patrice Aldridge, RN, MSN has graciously delivered care to the children of Memphis for the last 25 years. She joined the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital team as a pre-admissions nurse in 2004, eventually serving as case manager. As Le Bonheur’s Children’s Hospital’s current director of case management discharge planning, she ensures that all of their patients have the necessary tools to heal, both inside the hospital and at home.

After becoming a registered nurse at Indiana University, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from South University and Master of Science in Nursing with a Leadership and Management Specialty from Walden University.

As a proud woman of faith, Patrice serves alongside her husband, Pastor Byron L. Aldridge, as a faith leader at Shield of Faith Empowerment Center in West Memphis, Arkansas. Together, they also share their beloved children.
