Tennessee Therapeutic Foster Care is collaboration between DCS and our Providers to enhance the level of quality for Therapeutic Foster Care in the State of Tennessee.  We believe Permanency is the Key!  As part of our work we embrace the philosophy that kids need attuned normalized family environments that maintain or lead to permanency.
