The Tennessee Emergency Communications Board created forms and other resources necessary for commercial mobile radio service and prepaid communications service dealers to comply with the various requirements found in Title 7, Chapter 86 of the Tennessee Code Annotated and the Rules and Policies promulgated by the Board.

Retailers of wireline, non-prepaid wireless, and prepaid wireless telecommunication services report and remit the 911 surcharge collected by their customers to the Department of Revenue.
