Meetings & Events

Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-86-302(g) requires the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board to meet quarterly and also at the call of the Chair. Quarterly meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November. As matters arise and a special meeting is necessary, the Chair may call special meetings of the Board.

Notice of either a regular, special, or committee meeting is usually provided about thirty (30) days in advance. The meeting agenda is provided about seven (7) days in advance. If you would like to be on the email list for notices of TECB meetings, please contact Vanessa Williams.

Board and committee members may attend meetings in person or telephonically.
