One Stop Reentry Shop October 19

The Sevierville American Job Center will host a public One Stop Reentry Shop on the following dates at the AJC in Sevierville, TN. Justice Involved Individuals are invited to explore career opportunities in Sevier County and the surrounding area. A variety of employers are expected. Also, community resources will be represented at the one stop event. All are welcome.

    Employers and representatives from area community agencies will be on hand to connect individuals with services. Including legal aid services provided by the Justice Bus. Employers and organizations expected to be on hand include Luttrell Staffing Group, Persevere, All Ways Caring HomeCare, Food City, and Jackson Hewitt.

About American Job Centers
American Job Centers throughout Tennessee provide direct services to Justice Involved Individuals. The largest AJCs, which are called comprehensive offices, in addition have Career Specialists who serve as Reentry Advisors. The Tennessee Office of Reentry (TOOR) provides the Reentry Advisors with additional training, resources, and networking that will better help them and other AJC staff to serve JIIs. Your local American Job Center offers services that can meet your employment needs. We provide free access to the resource rooms which include computers and Internet, telephones, and fax machines. Also, job seekers can attend on-site recruiting events and workshops on résumé writing, interviewing skills, and job search activities or pursue more intensive training or certifications for occupations that are in demand. American Job Centers give you the right tools you need to succeed!
