The TOSHA Review Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at 220 French Landing Drive, 1st Floor, Nashville, Tennessee. The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication. Please contact in the TOSHA Division Todd Payne at (615) 741-2547 for more information.
The TOSHA Review Commission is comprised of three members who adjudicate TOSHA Contested Cases. The TOSHA Review Commission is helping to make Tennessee a more prosperous and safer place to live and work.
