BWC Rulemaking Hearings

The Bureau’s Medical Fee Schedule Rules, Rules for Medical Payments, and Electronic Medical Billing Rules are being amended. Also, new Rules for Telehealth for Workers’ Compensation are being proposed after months of meetings with stakeholder groups.

Written comments on these rules will be accepted until March 5, 2021 and can be sent to troy.haley@tn.gov.
