This meeting is the opportunity for anyone interested (or their representatives) to present facts, views or arguments related to the proposed rules. Comments can also be submitted in writing.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Grant Allocation Committee to advise the administrator on the allocation of program funds. During the meeting, members will consider grant applicants.

The committee hears disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advises the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.
